Purchase Order

Delivery
When you place your order, we will be providing you with an estimated delivery time. Usually it takes up to 5 to 7 days for the product delivery. Please note that the estimate delivery time does not mean the exact delivery time. If you do not receive your product you within 20 days of being ordered, you can call off your order and get a full refund.

Any order placed by you is sent through courier services like Ondot, Aramex and DTDC.
Cancellations
If you want to cancel or call off your order (or a part of it), you must do so before your order gets dispatched to you, as it is not possible to stop your product(s) dispatch.
You can also cancel your order up to (7) days after the delivery of your product order to you, for which, you have to contact us in writing.
Returns Policy
Unless the product(s) are damaged or defective at the time of delivery, you can only call off your order and return it post delivery if:
The product being returned to us is as new, in a realistic condition, undamaged, brand new and is in the sealed packaging as came originally.
For a full refund on the cancellation made on products purchased on Discounts or Sale or Promotional offers or as a combined product set, all the purchased products ordered have to be returned to Beautymart.in. If any of the product(s) are not returned, the refund will be modified and adjusted consequently, at Beautymart.in discretion.
Unforeseen Interruptions
We have the right to suspend delivery or decrease the size and quantity of the
ordered product(s) or cancel your order (without any responsibility to you), in
situations where we are banned from or delayed to continue with our work because
of out of control circumstances. This includes but not limited to legislative
actions, natures fury, civil commotion, national emergency, labor disputes,
strikes, epidemic, flood, fire, and lock out, explosion, riot, war or setbacks
disturbing transportations or incapability in getting supplies of right and
adequate materials.

Conditions, including the case in which we believe you have provided false
